Job summary

Client, a leading technology and services provider for payment gateways, seeks a Lead Implementation Consultant to drive end-to-end implementations and client engagements in Kuala Lumpur. You will work across Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing-to-Contracts, and SRM, translating requirements into technical specs with the development team.

You will lead configuration, use SQL for troubleshooting, contribute to testing, and support go-live delivery and client training, with travel about 20% regionally.

Qualifications

• Min 6 years of SDLC experience in payment, procurement, finance or supply chain modules.
• Experience with SQL and database configurations.
• Strong client relationship skills with executives.
• Willingness to travel regionally (~20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of procure-to-pay, sourcing-to-contracts, and SRM.

As a Lead Implementation Consultant, you will be a key point of contact for their Client

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing-to-Contracts, and Supplier Relationship Management


• Actively work with the Client during the design phase, translate the functional requirements to technical specifications by working closely with the development team


• Product demonstration


• Lead the configuration of the solution from the user interface


• Leverage SQL to solve technical issues/perform configuration


• Debug technical issues, provide root cause analysis and resolve defects.


• Contribute to the testing effort


• Oversee and contribute to the delivery and deployment plan, ensuring successful go lives


• Assist Client on user training

Requirements:

• Min 6 years experience in SDLC, preferably in payment, procurement, finance or supply chain module


• Experience working on SQL and other databases, including software configuration


• Excel in Client relationships, with an ability to interact with stakeholders including the key executives


• Regional travel will be necessary (approximately 20%)
