Job summary

Unison Group in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to steer end-to-end Microsoft ERP implementation projects. You will oversee onshore and offshore delivery teams, ensuring governance, budget adherence, and client communication are maintained throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT project delivery with at least 5 years in a Delivery Lead/PM role and hands-on ERP delivery experience across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT project delivery experience.
5+ years in a Delivery Lead/Project Manager role.
Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft ERP solutions (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Business Central, or related ERP platforms).
Good understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations.
Ability to manage project planning, risks, budgets, resources, and client communications.
Experience leading onshore/offshore delivery teams and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP project delivery from initiation to go-live and benefits realization.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-constrained delivery.
Establish governance, reporting, and risk management to satisfy client and internal stakeholders.
Mentor and manage onshore and offshore delivery resources to optimize performance.
