Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a well-established public-listed company seeking an ERP Project Delivery Lead for a 2-year contract. You will spearhead end-to-end ERP implementation, including configuration, data migration, integration, testing, training, and deployment, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

The role requires strong technical and functional ERP expertise, ability to manage timelines and budgets, and drive value through system optimization and change management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of ERP implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing modules.
• PMP or Prince2 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between internal stakeholders, software vendors, and system integrator during the new system implementation lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the ERP, WMS, MES, LMS and other system implementation project, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, risks, quality delivery and resources, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Analyze and gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications and provide solution for the business challenges.
• Provide hands-on technical and functional expertise in system configuration, customization, data migration, integration, testing, training and deployment for system live.
• Lead scope changes and change management to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
• Ensure post-implementation support, continuous improvement, and system optimization.
