Job summary

Flex is seeking a Debug Engineer in Prai, Penang to support test operations for electronic products and software. You will work with engineering to resolve testing issues, prepare technical reports, and drive corrective actions across the test process.

The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3–5 years of related experience, with hands-on testing on FPGA/BGA platforms. Competitive benefits are offered.

• Ability to understand test conditions and sequences.

Responsibilities

• Understand test conditions and test sequences.
• Prepare technical summary reports for engineering and management.
• Interface with engineering to resolve testing problems.
• Use software/hardware to conduct tests on electronics.
• Evaluate defect causes and coordinate corrective actions.
• Configure FPGA and BGA for circuit evaluation.
• Analyze test data and document Failure Analysis.
