Job summary

CARRO, Southeast Asia's largest used car marketplace, is seeking a DMT professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with used car dealers in Malaysia. You will advise on the best products and services, drive awareness of CARRO offerings, and ensure compliant, hassle-free service while meeting sales KPIs.

Responsibilities include expanding dealer channels, boosting penetration in serviced areas, and executing the sales process to deliver value for business partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 1 year of relevant sales/Dealer Management experience.
• Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with used car dealers.
• Advise dealers on CARRO products and services.
• Drive awareness and understanding of CARRO offerings for partners.
• Ensure leads are managed to meet sales KPIs and increase dealer penetration.
• Develop new sales channels and partnerships to expand dealer engagement.
• Ensure compliance during daily sales activities and execute the sales process smoothly.
