Carro, Southeast Asia's largest used car marketplace, is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor in Malaysia to support used vehicle acquisitions through showroom visits and customer engagements.

You will recruit new sales agents, guide customers through the sales process, address objections, arrange inspections and handovers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales strategies and campaigns that hit monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales, purchasing, or business development.
• Strong understanding of the automotive market and vehicle valuation processes.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Daily visit to new car showrooms to facilitate used vehicle acquisition.
• Actively recruit new sales agents to expand business opportunities.
• Guide customers through the sales process including presenting and negotiating prices.
• Address customer concerns and objections effectively.
• Assist in arranging car inspections and handovers upon customer request.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all relevant departments to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current process flows and campaigns.
