Job summary

BEREX TECH (M) SDN. BHD. in Shah Alam is seeking a junior professional to support SQL System & Inventory Transactions, handling PO, GR, PI, DO, and CI workflows for local suppliers, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.

The role covers stock item assembly, PSI stock control updates after month-end, delivery planning, supplier records, and coordination with Finance on purchasing of consumables via Shopee. Fresh graduates encouraged; Excel proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in purchasing, inventory control or accounting/administration.
• Fresh graduates who are willing to learn and quick to pick up new skills.
• Experience with SQL Accounting software is an advantage.
• Familiar with PO, GR, PI, DO and CI workflow; SST knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Transfer Goods Received (GR) to Purchase Invoices (PI) for local supplier invoices.
• Perform stock item assembly for incoming items from local suppliers.
• Process assembly for sub-line production and finished goods quantities.
• Create and maintain supplier records, new item codes and HS codes.
• Update the PSI stock control table after month-end stock take.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data entered.
• Review and verify data for completeness, errors and inconsistencies, and corrections.
• Issue purchase orders (PO) for local items in SQL and liaise with local suppliers.
• Prepare delivery plans for local suppliers based on the PSI table.
• Purchase consumable items through Shopee account and coordinate with Finance.
• Source new local suppliers when required.
• Prepare Commercial Invoices (CI) and Delivery Orders (DO) for goods that passed Coway inspection, and upload to EMS.
• Check and confirm total monthly delivery quantity and value.
• Request Statements of Account (SOA) from local suppliers and reconcile all invoice values against SQL records.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies such as incorrect invoices, missing DOs and credit notes.
• Track and analyse the department's budget by account code.
• Maintain daily tracking of SST Schedule C exempted items.
• Update and maintain the SIRIM sticker usage record.
• File Delivery Orders, Invoices and Container Despatch Advice for the department.
• Support the warehouse with label printing when needed.
