Zusammenfassung

MR DIY International in Malaysia is seeking a data-entry focused professional to support daily input into the Qube Management System and coordinate with Stores for timely e-documents. You will assist ARN orders and maintain supplier records, while generating Local Supplier RO documentation for returns.

The role requires attention to detail, bilingual communication (BM/English) with Mandarin an added advantage, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Fresh graduates with Diploma or Degree are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years’ experience in data entry, administrative, or system support are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong attention to detail.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills to work collaboratively across teams.

Aufgaben

• Perform daily data entry into the Qube Management System.
• Liaise with all Stores to receive e-documents (Excel file) from respective Stores in timely manner.
• Assist in fulfilling the ARN’s order for respective Stores & upkeep ARN records
• Generate Local Supplier R/O for return goods to Supplier
• Conduct case study feedback for respective items to Purchaser.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by superior.
