ORIENTAGE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Executive in Klang to ensure stock is accurately recorded, stored and reconciled to meet client SLAs. You will collaborate with receiving, picking, dispatch and customer service teams to protect inventory integrity.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, FIFO/FEFO tracking, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement while maintaining safety and 5S/6S standards. Fresh graduates with Excel skills may apply for junior roles.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or inventory control experience, preferably in a 3PL or logistics environment.
• Fresh graduates with Excel skills can be considered for a junior grade.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure product specifications are accurate.
• Monitor stock levels and keep inventory records in the WMS in real time.
• Plan and run cycle counts and periodic full stock takes, including client-witnessed audits.
• Investigate variances and discrepancies, find root causes, and carry out corrective actions.
• Oversee inbound and outbound documentation (GRN, DO, ASN, putaway and pick confirmations).
• Handle stock adjustments, transfers, quarantine, damaged goods and returns processing.
• Track FIFO/FEFO compliance, expiry dates, batch/lot and serial numbers.
• Review slotting and storage locations to improve space use and picking efficiency.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports for management and clients.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on stock queries, discrepancies and replenishment.
• Make sure the warehouse follows safety, 5S/6S and client SOP requirements.
• Support continuous improvement and audits (ISO, GDP, TAPA or client audits, depending on the operation).
