Job summary

KooBits Learning Pte Ltd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a data-driven Sales Operations Manager to own performance reporting, appointment tracking, and CRM data hygiene for the Institutional Sales team.

You will design dashboards, prepare executive packs, and streamline processes to improve visibility, efficiency, and deal progression. The role requires 4–7 years in sales ops or analytics and strong CRM/BI skills. A Bachelor’s degree and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Management, or Commercial Analytics.
• Mastery of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365) with experience building reports and dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Solid understanding of institutional sales cycles and key account workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to synthesize data into executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and weekly/monthly/quarterly executive reports covering sales pipeline, opportunities, and KPIs.
• Prepare routine and ad-hoc performance packs for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Analyze activity data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
• Oversee and standardize team-wide tracking of client meetings, pitches, and appointments.
• Implement structured logging to track outcomes and progression through the sales funnel.
