Job summary

The United Nations Development Programme in Kuala Lumpur seeks an ICT Associate to provide tier 2 technical support and maintain ICT systems, software, and networks. You will support operations, security, and disaster recovery while fostering a client‑oriented service culture.

You will drive digital transformation using Microsoft Power Platform, develop Power Apps and dashboards, and integrate business systems to boost efficiency. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.

Qualifications

• Secondary education is required.
• University degree in Computer Science or related field will be given due consideration, but is not a requirement.
• Certificates listed including MCP, MCSE, ITIL, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and more are desirable.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online, Power BI is desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 2 ICT support and manage day-to-day ICT operations and service delivery.
• Administer and monitor LAN/WAN, network security, and cloud/hybrid infrastructure; support disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Lead digital transformation and process automation projects using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
• Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration; develop documentation and provide user training.
