Job summary

JV GLOBAL EVENT SDN. BHD. seeks an experienced Trade Marketing/Data Analytics professional to plan and execute events, sampling and exhibitions in Kuala Lumpur.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights and client-facing presentations, with coordination across logistics, vendors, and operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in event planning or project coordination.
• Strong project management skills with multi-tasking ability under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including Excel, Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio.
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint, Canva or Keynote.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Collaborative interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with FMCG/tech/lifestyle brands in event activation is a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends (weekend work, weekday off).

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing project campaigns across pre-event, on-ground, and post-event phases.
• Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site requirements.
• Collaborate with operations to align execution with client objectives.
• Collect, clean, and analyze event performance data (attendance, engagement, ROI).
• Build dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness.
• Translate data insights into actionable trade marketing recommendations.
