Job summary

GET BUILDERS PROSPECT SDN BHD is seeking an Events & Marketing Communications Executive to plan and execute corporate events, exhibitions, launches and activations in Kuala Lumpur. You will coordinate branding, booth visuals, marketing materials, and campaigns to strengthen the company’s presence.

The role covers managing suppliers, venues, logistics, budgets, and run sheets; preparing proposals; coordinating promotions; and ensuring all materials align with the brand.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in events, marketing, or related fields.
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate events, exhibitions, launches, brand activations, or marketing campaigns.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of social media, branding, content, marketing, and corporate communications.
• Able to multitask, work independently, and manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Willing to travel and work outside office hours when required.
• Own transport is required.
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Basic knowledge of Canva / Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate events, exhibitions, launches, galas, in-house events, and brand activations.
• Coordinate event branding, booth visuals, marketing materials, promotional content, and campaign activities.
• Coordinate event suppliers, venues, talents, logistics, budgets, timelines, and on-site event operations.
• Prepare event proposals, schedules, run sheets, marketing materials, and other event-related documents.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, social media content, and corporate communications before, during, and after events.
• Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, KOLs, influencers, media, and other external partners.
• Coordinate booth branding and sponsorship requirements with suppliers, including design, placement, production, and deliverables.
• Liaise with suppliers, designers, photographers, videographers, and other external partners on event branding, production, and marketing execution.
• Ensure all events, content, branding, and marketing materials are aligned with the company’s brand direction.
• Support internal events, staff activities, employer branding, and other company initiatives.
• Support event activations, exhibitions, and on-site marketing execution.
• Assist in coordinating event-related logistics and arrangements before, during, and after events.
• Perform other marketing, communications, and event-related duties as assigned.
