EP Marketing Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced Event Planner to lead end-to-end event management, from concept to execution. You will coordinate with vendors, manage budgets, and collaborate with the creative team to deliver impactful events for clients.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with 2–3 years of experience in event planning, preferably in an agency setting. Travel to various locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of event planning and execution experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, including logistics, budgeting, vendor management, and post-event evaluation.
• Serve as primary client liaison, providing updates and ensuring successful delivery of events.
• Source and coordinate with venues, caterers, AV teams, and other suppliers.
• Collaborate with creative team to develop event concepts, themes, and marketing materials.
• Oversee on-site event execution, manage flow, handle last-minute changes, ensure attendee experience.
• Manage budgets to deliver events within approved costs and seek cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare post-event reports and analyze outcomes to inform improvements.
