CBRE Group, Inc. in Johor Bahru, Malaysia is seeking an proactive Assistant Project Manager (Project Controls) to support a large-scale Data Centre project. You will assist in planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring and stakeholder reporting.

The role requires a degree in Engineering or related field and 5+ years in project controls, with familiarity in Primavera P6 or MS Project, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills for reporting.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 5+ years in project controls or assistant PM roles.
• Experience with data centre or large-scale infra projects.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support project planning, scheduling and progress tracking.
• Monitor costs, budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports and dashboards.
• Track risks, issues, action items, and change controls.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning, and client teams.
• Assist contractor management and document control.
• Support schedule reviews and recovery plans.
