Job summary

CBRE in Malaysia seeks an APM/PE to provide advanced administrative support to the project management team, including documentation, escalation for commitment, financial modeling, reconciliations and reporting.

This role is part of the Project Management function, overseeing projects from initiation to completion and ensuring alignment with CBRE standards across IT and facilities environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with cabling testing tools such as Fluke or OTDR testers.

Responsibilities

• Point of contact to IT on tracking desktop hardware and software issues.
• Manage deployment of project administrative practices and policies.
• Create and maintain project policies within the operations manual.
• Audit and report on KPIs and performance indicators.
• Schedule internal and external client training on software applications.
• Oversee team close-out procedures.
• Prepare complex client reports as required.
• Train and guide junior team members on policies and administration.
• Explain complex information in straightforward terms.
