Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering (or similar).
• Minimum 6 years in construction industry and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Champion purchase order management and cost allocation.
• Track and communicate PO approvals for efficiency.
• Raise and generate POs to support team.
• Assist in contract lifecycle activities: drafting, approvals, delivery, close-out.
• Prepare and assess payment claims for direct supply and consultancy.
• Monitor cashflow performance and update projections.
• Coordinate payments between Development and Finance teams.
• Coordinate contract kick-off and admin via project tools.
• Maintain reporting tools for contract metrics.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and teamwork.
• Support innovations for digital transformation.
