Qualifications

• Experience deploying network cabling infrastructure (fiber, copper) and structured cabling.
• Experience in data centers or enterprise IT facilities.
• Familiarity with cabling standards (TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC).

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation and monitor adherence to project administrative practices and policies.
• Create and maintain project policies and directives within the operations manual.
• Audit, report on KPIs, and resolve inquiries about performance reports and data.
• Schedule internal and external customer training on software applications.
• Oversee team close-out procedures and prepare client reports.
• Train and mentor junior team members on policies and administration.
