• Proven Construction Management experience (ideally 10+ years) in data center environments.
• Strong understanding of construction project management, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Knowledge of Malaysian construction compliance frameworks (DOSH, CIDB, UBBL, BOMBA, DOE).

• Lead and manage all sites construction activities.
• Ensure projects adhere to commercial agreements and regulations.
• Proactively manage HSE performance and cultivate a safety-first culture.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control.
