Job summary

Flintex Consulting is seeking a sales engineer to drive Data Center opportunities through pre-sales technical support, solution design, and product selection. You will engage customers, consultants, and partners to understand requirements and tailor winning data center solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 3–5 years in sales engineering or technical sales, with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or solution engineering.
• Prior Data Center, critical facilities, power, cooling, or infrastructure experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Data Center systems (power distribution, cooling, monitoring, redundancy).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the Data Center segment.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts.
• Support proposals, tenders, and technical submissions.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, system integrators, and end users.
• Conduct product and solution presentations to customers and partners.
• Provide pre-sales support including design, system architecture, and product selection for Data Center applications.
• Review project specifications and technical requirements for compliance with standards.
• Prepare technical documentation such as compliance statements and clarifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and project teams to ensure feasible, competitive solutions.
• Stay updated on Data Center trends, technologies, standards, and competitor activities.
