Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, ICT, or related)
• 3–5 years in sales engineering / technical sales / solution engineering
• Data Center or critical facilities experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Data Center systems (power, cooling, monitoring, redundancy)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong commercial awareness and customer focus
• Ability to work independently and across functions
• Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Proactive, self-motivated, results-driven
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Start work on short notice preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Data Center segment
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts
• Support proposals, tenders, and technical submissions
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, integrators, and end users
• Conduct product and solution presentations to customers and partners
• Provide pre-sales design and product selection for Data Center applications
• Review project specs to ensure compliance with standards
• Prepare technical documentation such as compliance statements and method statements
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams
• Stay updated on Data Center trends and competitor activities
