Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, ICT or related)
• 3–5 years in sales engineering, technical sales, or solution engineering
• Experience in Data Center, critical facilities, power, cooling, or infrastructure is preferred
• Strong knowledge of Data Center systems (power, cooling, monitoring, redundancy)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong commercial awareness and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and across functions
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel for meetings and project support
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Accountability and professionalism
• Available to start on short notice

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for the Data Center segment
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts
• Support proposals, tenders, and technical submissions
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, SI's and end users
• Conduct product and solution presentations
• Provide pre-sales technical support including design and selection
• Review project specs and requirements for standards compliance
• Prepare technical documents like statements and clarifications
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and project teams
• Stay updated on Data Center trends and competitors
