Job summary

CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking a dedicated on-site leader for Data Centre Critical Environment Operations in Batu Pahat, Malaysia. This role manages a 24/7/365 operation, delivering contracted services to the client while maintaining uptime, safety, quality, and financial performance.

You will lead the on-site team, coordinate with subcontractors, and strive to meet or exceed KPIs and SLAs, ensuring superior client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, and ensure contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
• Develop the contract on-site by exploring opportunities to increase turnover and profitability, and re-win contracts on re-tender.
• Manage OPEX & CAPEX budget for site and support in contract variation processes.
• Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and compliance with CBRE health and safety policies across teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure contracts are staffed by fully competent teams with effective succession planning and coverage.
