Job summary

C&W SERVICES (S) PTE. LTD. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a hands-on Lead to manage 24x7 onsite data center operations across technical, facilities, security, and network workstreams, ensuring continuous availability of critical infrastructure.

You will serve as the primary onsite escalation point for incidents, changes, and uptime adherence. You will coordinate with vendors and internal teams, drive safety and compliance, and lead multi‑discipline teams to optimize performance in a demanding 24x7

Qualifications

• 6+ years in mission-critical or data center operations.
• Exposure to facilities management and uptime‑driven environments.
• Experience leading incident response and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with Data Centre Providers and vendors.
• Oversee account performance, client coordination, audits, KPI tracking, and operational reporting.
• Manage onsite teams, contractors, and vendors, ensuring shift coverage, on‑call readiness, and safety compliance.
• Support network and server delivery operations by coordinating with supply chain, NOC, telecom providers, and technical teams.
