Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Johor is seeking a Data Centre Project Account Lead to manage 24x7 onsite operations across technical, FM, security, and network delivery. You will coordinate routine maintenance, incident response, and change management to ensure continuous availability.

Responsibilities include leading data centre engineers and vendors, ensuring safety and compliance, and managing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mission critical/data centre field.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications or Network Engineering.
• Proven experience leading incident response and operational risk management.
• Familiarity with data centre operations frameworks and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24x7 onsite data centre operations across technical, FM, security, asset, network and server delivery workstreams.
• Oversee maintenance, fault management, and adherence to SOPs/EOPs during live operations.
• Coordinate onboarding, site access, and change management activities.
• Manage data centre engineers, vendors and performance metrics with a focus on safety and reliability.
