Job summary

CBRE Malaysia is seeking an experienced Data Centre Operations Manager to lead the on-site Critical Environment Operations team in a 24/7 environment in Johor Bahru. You will drive uptime, safety, quality and financial performance while building strong client relationships.

In this role you will deliver contracted services, manage budgets, coordinate preventative maintenance, and ensure effective staffing and succession planning to meet contractual commitments and KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data centre operations and critical environment teams.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and people development abilities.
• Ability to operate in a 24/7/365 critical environment with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and ensure contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
• Manage OPEX & CAPEX budget for site and support variations.
• Maintain safe working conditions and ensure health and safety policy compliance.
• Staff contracts with competent teams and ensure succession planning.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure 100% SLA/KPI compliance and regular reporting.
