Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Data Center Warehouse Executive to support asset management and inventory control in a fast-paced data center environment. Fresh graduates are welcomed for urgent hiring; on-site duties cover asset registration, storage, and data security.

You will respond to urgent requests, ensure SLA compliance, and collaborate with team members to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include strict adherence to SOPs, asset protection, and proactive process

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse management experience; fresh grads welcomed.
• Clear and logical expression; polite listening.
• Team spirit; proactively supporting and backing up other members.
• Familiarity with asset management tools and data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Be on duty during 5×8 working hours; respond to urgent requests after hours or provide on-site support.
• Strict asset management, compliance with legal requirements and SOPs; ensure workflows are compliant and lawful.
• Follow asset SOP for warehouse access registration and asset entry/exit registration.
• Respond to and execute work orders; ensure SLA compliance and accuracy of asset information; suggest optimizations.
• Manage asset storage, transportation, entry/exit, and decommissioning per SOP; maintain data security; suggest safety improvements.
• Execute full inventory of data center assets; ensure location, SN, status, model, and records are 100% accurate; use asset tools for data retrieval.
• Familiar with project management processes; capable of risk and progress control and empowering teams.
