Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an inventory and warehouse operations specialist to manage daily receiving, issuing, and movement of spare parts and IT assets. You will maintain records, support stock counts, and monitor replenishment alerts to ensure accuracy across domestic and international warehouses.

The role involves coordinating with procurement, operations, and finance to meet spare parts and material needs, while helping standardize storage practices and improve process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, issuing, allocation, return, transfer, and movement of spare parts, consumables, and related equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support monthly, quarterly, and annual stock counts.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in maintaining safety stock and replenishment alerts.
• Promote standardized classification, storage locations, labeling, and practices to improve warehouse organization.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams on spare parts and material requirements.
• Assist in overseas warehouse stocktaking, reconciliation, and on-site support as required.
