Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented asset administrator to assist in daily management and maintenance of the company's server assets, ensuring records align with physical inventory and supporting stocktaking activities. The role requires clear coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

You will update data in the system, coordinate spare parts on-site, document transfers and disposals, and support asset usage analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT, Logistics or related fields.
• Fresh graduate or professional with relevant experience (hands-on data center exposure preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software; familiarity with asset management systems preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) for Chinese-speaking partners and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management and maintenance of the company's server assets to ensure consistency between records and physical inventory.
• Support asset stocktaking activities, update system data in a timely manner, and ensure accurate information.
• Coordinate spare parts allocation on-site to support stable business operations.
• Document asset transfers, disposals and related processes for smooth workflow.
• Collect and organize asset usage data to support efficiency analysis and optimization.
• Participate in acceptance inspections of newly purchased assets, verifying configurations and quantities.
• Prepare and submit daily asset reports to support data analysis tasks.
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, vendors or internal teams to support regional asset management.
