Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a dependable warehouse associate to manage daily goods receipt, inspection, and recording. You will arrange, label, and store inventory systematically, and monitor stock levels to keep accurate records.

You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or collection, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams on stock movements. A strong commitment to safety, accuracy, and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/storekeeping experience is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and inventory systems.
• Physically fit and able to handle warehouse tasks.
• Responsible, organized, and detail oriented.
• Willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
• Arrange, label, and store inventory systematically.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or collection.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and logistics teams on stock movements.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are maintained.
• Handle stock transfers, returns, and damaged goods reporting.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by management.
