Job summary

Titanicom Tech Limited in Malaysia is seeking an associate to manage daily IT asset operations within a data center. You will handle asset inbound/outbound registration, storage, transportation, and decommissioning following SOPs, and provide on-site support.

The role emphasizes accurate asset records, regular inventories, and safeguarding high-value assets in IDC environment, requiring 1–3 years in warehouse or IT asset management and English/Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above, preferably IT field.
• 1–3 years in warehouse or IT asset management.
• Familiar with data center equipment (servers, switches, optical modules).
• Hands-on warehouse management, inventory control and dust/moisture protection.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving and IT asset lifecycle knowledge.
• Able to communicate in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Be on-site during 5×8 working hours and provide on-site support or respond to emergency requests when required.
• Register inbound/outbound IT assets and maintain warehouse records per SOP.
• Maintain asset records in the management system and process work orders per SLA.
• Regularly perform full asset inventory to align physical assets with system records.
• Safeguard high-value IT assets while complying with IDC security standards.
• Use asset management tools for data retrieval, record maintenance and anomaly checks.
• Support asset-related project activities with risk control and schedule coordination.

Maintain accurate asset records by updating asset information in the management system and handling work orders according to SLA requirements

Conduct regular and full asset inventory to ensure consistency between physical assets and system records, including location, SN, status and model information

Manage and safeguard high-value IT assets while complying with IDC environment and asset security standards to ensure asset and data safety

Use asset management tools and related systems for data retrieval, record maintenance, anomaly checking and asset information analysis

Support asset-related project activities with basic involvement in risk control, schedule coordination and project acceptance, while contributing to process and efficiency improvements

About you

Associate Degree or above, preferably in IT or related fields

1-3 years of relevant working experience in warehouse management, IT asset management or related operations

Familiar with common data center equipment such as servers, switches and related accessories including optical modules, boards and fiber cables

Hands-on warehouse management experience with understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations and dust/moisture protection requirements

Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills and a basic understanding of the IT asset lifecycle from inbound receipt to retirement

Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese
