Job summary

StarHub is seeking a Cybersecurity Service Line Lead in Malaysia to drive growth, define market strategy, and ensure end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity solutions. The role collaborates with regional leadership, local sales teams, and delivery functions to secure secured deals and expand market presence.

The ideal candidate combines deep cybersecurity expertise with strong commercial acumen, customer engagement experience, and a proven track record in delivering cybersecurity services.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• At least 8 years in leadership or service line management.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record supporting sales and driving revenue for cybersecurity services.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity projects or managed services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and to Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Malaysia cybersecurity go to market strategy.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the cybersecurity footprint.
• Build relationships with enterprise customers, partners, and associations.
• Provide pre-sales support including solution scoping, RFP/RFQ responses, and customer presentations.
• Ensure smooth handover of deals to delivery teams and monitor delivery quality.
