Job summary

Progression Search is seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional to lead a portfolio of large corporate customers in Malaysia. You will own the full sales cycle, drive targets, and build relationships with C-level stakeholders to accelerate revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel and other teams to deliver tailored cybersecurity solutions, manage the pipeline in Salesforce, and pursue new logo opportunities while expanding existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of B2B software, hardware, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle.
• Strong enterprise account management and strategic selling experience.
• Experience engaging C-level and senior decision-makers.
• Experience selling through channel or reseller-led models.
• Strong pipeline management and sales forecasting skills.
• Experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Good understanding of licensing, subscription, and renewal dynamics.
• Cybersecurity experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, or internal training.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers and prospects across Malaysia, with responsibility for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Proactively identify, create, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including customer acquisition, account development, renewals, cross-sell, and new logo opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level and senior decision-makers.
• Develop and execute strategic account and opportunity plans to maximize revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, resellers, and other ecosystem stakeholders across the territory.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and other internal teams to deliver effective solutions throughout the sales cycle.
• Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity activity through Salesforce in line with established sales processes and reporting standards.
• Identify customer requirements and business challenges, positioning appropriate cybersecurity solutions to address their needs.
• Attend customer, corporate, and marketing events to strengthen relationships and generate new opportunities.
• Drive customer satisfaction by proactively removing barriers and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Identify additional opportunities within existing accounts through account development, renewals, and cross-selling.
• Contribute to the broader sales team through knowledge sharing, coaching, and collaboration.
