Job summary

Inter Island Group is seeking a Customer Support Associate (fresh graduate or up to 2 years exp) in Penang. You will provide professional support to customers and internal teams, process orders, and coordinate delivery schedules to ensure smooth fulfillment.

You will work with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and HQ, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining records in company systems. Strong English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese are required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to customers and internal sales teams.
• Process customer orders, quotations, delivery schedules and related documents accurately and promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Account, HQ, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries, delivery issues, and order-related concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Monitor order status and proactively follow up to ensure commitments are met.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and customer information in company systems.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Perform administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by management.
• Incoming call & office shipment support.
• Prepare monthly reports.
