Job summary

Glodon Company Limited in Malaysia is seeking a service-oriented professional to deliver training, project guidance, and software updates to clients while supporting renewals and product demos.

You will collect product requirements, assist QA testing of updates, learn new features promptly, and maintain strong customer relationships by following the company service policy and coordinating with product, sales, and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related disciplines; BIM expertise and digital construction preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, pressure resistance, teamwork spirit and customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong self-learning ability and capacity to solve problems independently with a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in English; basic Mandarin skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• To implement service works including training, project guidance, hotline on duty and software update to clients.
• To work with sales team in driving/ managing renewals and sales demo assistance.
• To do product requirement collection and contribute suggestions to product new feature development.
• To assist product team to do test for software new updates.
• To learn new features timely when product team release new version software.
• To follow up company's service policy to implement service work and maintain customer relationship.
• To manage existing clients' software usage situation and relationship maintenance by giving monthly call return.
• Case Project collections and methodology summary.
• Work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing and support team members to foster a strong sense of community and information sharing.
