Job summary

Glodon Software Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Support to assist the team through the full sales cycle. You will help manage leads, prepare proposals, and coordinate meetings and demos with clients to drive opportunities forward.

Fresh graduates are welcomed, with emphasis on strong English communication. Multilingual abilities (Malay & Mandarin) are a plus, and a data-driven, energetic work style is valued for rapid onboarding and global collaboration.

Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, cold calling, proposal preparation, and deal follow-ups.

Help coordinate client meetings, product demos, and sales presentations.

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales activity data.

Analyze sales trends, prepare performance reports, and support pipeline forecasting.

Help prepare marketing collateral, case studies, and event materials.

Work closely with product, pre-sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging and execution.
