Job summary

Glodon Company Limited in Selangor is looking for a proactive sales professional to develop new customer relationships and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and account growth.

You will identify potential clients, present BIM software solutions, and support customers through pre- and post-sales processes, contributing to revenue expansion and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.
• BIM expertise and digital construction knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and acquire new customers from target market (Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors and QS Consultant) via telephone, email and outdoor visits.
• Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
• Make appointments and demonstrate BIM software presentations to customers.
• Generate weekly sales reports for management.
• Provide pre-sales support from software consultants and after-sales support for software implementation.
• Undertake tasks assigned from time to time.
