Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an enthusiastic liaison and sales support professional to bridge customers and the sales team. You will handle pre-sales and post-sales service, process orders and quotations, and maintain customer satisfaction across a diverse client base.

The role requires strong communication in English, Malay, and Mandarin, with the ability to multitask and work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Science, Biochemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, Medical Bioscience, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years working experience in related field.
• Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Able to work independently and multi-task with minimum supervision.
• Possess good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between customers and sales team for pre-sales and post-sales service.
• Coordinate sales tasks including order processing and quotations.
• Provide outstanding customer service to improve satisfaction and relationships.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via email or phone.
• Handle department order processing and related operation tasks.
• Coordinate, analyze and improve customer service functions to meet company goals.
• Manage database of customer sales orders and invoicing records.
• Assist in marketing activities and inventory control maintenance.
• Any other duties as assigned.
