Job summary

Private Advertiser in Johor Bahru is seeking an Inside Sales & Sales Support Officer to back the sales team. The role blends customer engagement with business development and sales administration, servicing existing customers and identifying new opportunities.

You will coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth customer transactions, prepare quotations and sales orders, and maintain organized sales records. Mandarin proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, telesales, customer service or a related function is preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate and correspond with Mandarin-speaking customers, stakeholders and counterparties.
• Comfortable communicating with customers by telephone, email and other digital channels.
• Organised, responsible and able to manage customer communication and sales documentation effectively.

Responsibilities

• Service existing customers and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential customers.
• Work towards assigned sales targets and support the expansion of market share.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders and other required sales documentation.
• Process customer cash payments and coordinate product collection.
• Prepare regular sales reports and other relevant documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organised records of sales-related documents.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment and customer transactions.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
