Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Customer Success Manager Project Intern to support onboarding, documentation, and client training for the Lark platform. You will help answer customer questions and participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will lead short-term projects, gain hands-on experience, and engage with APAC stakeholders to ensure customers extract maximum value from Lark's suite of tools.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, preferably with a focus on Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is needed to manage stakeholders in the APAC market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain concepts and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop high-quality documentation and training materials for onboarding new customers.
• Be the go-to person for answering basic customer questions and providing clear, helpful support.
• Lead standard training sessions for small and medium-sized enterprises, helping them maximize the value of our solutions.
• Manage batch operations for customers, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience.
