Job summary

Revion Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Intern focused on mobile app development, data integration and IT support. You will assist in developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications, support both front-end and back-end development, and help integrate data between mobile apps, Lark, databases and other Company systems.

The role includes assisting with API, webhook and database integration, data extraction and basic data analysis, and helping develop dashboards and automated data

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT/CS/SE/Data Science/IS or related field.
• Basic knowledge of mobile app development and software concepts.
• Basic understanding of SQL, MySQL or other database systems.
• Able to troubleshoot basic hardware, software and network issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, testing, enhancement and maintenance of the Company's mobile applications.
• Support front-end and back-end development, including database connectivity.
• Assist in data integration between mobile apps, Lark, databases and Company systems.
• Support API, webhook and database integration for data transfer.
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, validation and basic data analysis.
• Assist in developing dashboards, reports and automated data workflows.
• Troubleshoot application bugs, system errors and data integration issues.
• Provide day-to-day IT technical support to employees (devices, software, network).
• Assist with user accounts, system configuration and IT maintenance.
• Maintain technical documentation for mobile apps, system integrations and IT troubleshooting.

Job description

This is an IT Intern position focused on mobile app development, data integration, and IT support. You will assist in developing, testing, enhancing and maintaining the Company's mobile applications, support both front-end and back-end development, and help integrate data between mobile applications, Lark, databases and other Company systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development, testing, enhancement and maintenance of the Company's mobile applications
• Support both front-end and back-end development, including database connectivity and application functionality
• Assist in integrating data between mobile applications, Lark, databases and other Company systems
• Support API, webhook and database integration to enable smooth and accurate data transfer between systems
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, validation and basic data analysis
• Assist in developing dashboards, reports and automated data workflows for management and operational use
• Troubleshoot application bugs, system errors and data integration issues
• Provide day-to-day IT technical support to employees, including computers, printers, software, network connectivity and system-access issues
• Assist with user account setup, system configuration, software installation and basic IT maintenance
• Maintain proper technical documentation for mobile applications, system integrations, databases and IT troubleshooting

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field
• Basic knowledge of mobile application development and software development concepts
• Basic understanding of SQL, MySQL or other database systems
• Able to troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network and system-related issues
• Good analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Willing to learn new technologies and able to work independently with guidance
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Able to document technical work clearly for future maintenance and handover
• Knowledge of REST API, JSON, webhook or system integration will be an added advantage
