Zusammenfassung

AEL Engineering Sdn. Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing & Logistics professional in Malaysia to manage customer purchase orders from initiation through delivery.

You will coordinate with planning, logistics, and customers to ensure on-time delivery, monitor inventory, and prepare critical reports and schedules. A Diploma/Bachelor in Business or related field with 3–4 years of experience and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma/Bachelor in Business/Commerce or equivalent with 3–4 years of experience.
• Good communication with the ability to work effectively under pressure on multiple tasks.

Aufgaben

• Process Purchase Orders from customers and relay to planning for material and production planning.
• Liaise with customers on PO and delivery schedules.
• Expedite and monitor urgent parts.
• Prepare On Time Delivery (OTD) reports, KPI Daily Sales & Sales Forecast reports.
• Prepare Delivery Master Schedules for each customer.
• Arrange customer delivery with logistics.

Responsibilities

• To proceed Purchase Order from customer. For existing customer and repeat orders, the relevant customer requirements will be processed and transfer to planning department for material planning and production planning. The relevant documents, requirements or information may retrieve from customer portal.
• Liaise with customer on Purchase Order and delivery schedule.
• Expedite and monitor urgent part.
• Prepare On Time Delivery (OTD) report, KPI Daily Sales & Sales Forecast report
• Prepare Delivery Master Schedule for each customer.
• To arrange customer delivery with logistic department.
• To monitor FG inventory level.
• To monitor all PO & delivery transactions for the designated customers
• To monitor inventory in local & overseas hub. Tracking on all the delivery activities to the customers.
• To coordinate internally of overall preparations & arrangement to support the customers
• To ensure total customer satisfaction in customer scorecard.
• To have weekly meeting with operation team to review customer demand.
• To prepare monthly shipment quantity report.
