Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics/planning support role in Johor Bahru to assist in planning customer demand loading and coordinating with internal schedulers to meet loading and shipment plans.

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, providing timely, accurate information and generating regular reports on material status, inventory, delivery, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan on Customer Demand Loading & liaise with scheduler to meet the Internal Loading plan and Customer Shipment plan
• Able to work effectively cross functionally, both internally and externally
• Professional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with internal customers and customers by providing timely and accurate information.
• High level of analytical ability especially on demand waterfall based on customer demand trend.
• Continual development of organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Support factory to review materials and capacity constraints
• Generate regular Reports as specified to Department Manager on Material Status, Inventory Level, Quality and Delivery Status, Safety Related Issues, Saving Derived and etc
• Ensure OTD & customer satisfaction and achieve Personal and Departmental Goals
• Reduce factory excess and aging inventory.
• Assist finance on-time payment from customers.
• Any other ad-hoc task which require time to time
