Job summary

Sunway Property, the property arm of Sunway Group, seeks an Executive in Customer Services to manage Vacant Possession and defect processes. You will handle pre-delivery inspections, coordinate with contractors, buyers, and management bodies to ensure timely defect rectification and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires 1–2 years in related fields and a Diploma/Degree in property-related disciplines, with strong MS Office and organizational skills for meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in property/real estate
• 1-2 years in property development customer service or related field

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) of properties.
• Follow up with contractors to resolve VP issues.
• Manage VP appointments for handover to buyers.
• Attend to defects reported by buyers and ensure timely rectification.
• Verify defects meet quality standards.
• Provide excellent customer service with timely updates.
• Coordinate with contractors, COW, consultants, and PM dept to resolve defects.
• Maintain records and tracking systems for complaints and inspections.
• Prepare reports on product quality and defect management.
• Attend Residents' Association or Management Corporation when required.
