Job summary

R&F Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a Property Management Officer (Defect Management) to handle daily customer inquiries by WhatsApp and email, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and manage documentation for meters and vacant possession letters.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field, strong Mandarin communication, and the ability to multitask in a team. Fresh graduates welcome; 5.5 working days with Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and email promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Process applications, payments and prepare VP/VP Letters documentation.
• Compile monthly departmental claims and monitor payments.
