Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support branch development with market and technical research; data collection.
• Responsible for technical capability and product demos; explore technical needs.
• Provide Cubicost trainings to users and monitor usage to improve satisfaction.
• Guide key clients on project demand and provide technical materials for demos/trainings.
• Give public technical talks when required; collaborate with marketing on events.
• Collaborate with the team on marketing events.

Job description

Customer Success Consultant position at a software company, involving industry

• Support the branch development including but not limited to market technical research, basic data collection etc.;
• Responsible for the technical capability
• Support the product demo meetings including but not limited to technical demand exploration, product demo, Q&A etc.
• Product trainings to Cubicost users; monitor the product usage of key clients and improve the satisfaction through all kinds of ways;
• Project guidance for key clients upon business demand;
• Prepare technical materials for demo, training purposes;
• Public technical speech upon demand;
• Team collaboration on marketing events.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent
2. At least 1 year working experience in the related field
3. Required Skill(s): BIM expertise, digital construction, Cubicost
4. Preferably Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
5. We expect candidates to be fluent in English and able to communicate in both Chinese and English.
