Job summary

SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support an e-commerce platform, handling inquiries via chat, phone, and email. The role is office-based in NCity, Sungai Petani, Kedah with relocation required for Perlis residents.

You will work 5 days a week on rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays, earning a base salary of RM2,000 per month plus potential KPI incentives up to RM250 monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Willing to relocate to Sungai Petani, Kedah.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Fresh graduates welcome; customer service experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via chat and/or phone professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with issues related to orders, payments, refunds, returns, deliveries, etc.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service to achieve customer satisfaction targets.
• Meet performance targets such as productivity, handling and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Protect customer information and comply with data security requirements.
