Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team to gather or follow up on customer enquiries
• Assist sales team to prepare quotation to customer
• Collect/receive customers' purchase orders, fill in product standard form and assist planner in preparing order into production
• Liaise with customers on repeat orders and issue sales order
• Based on customer's artwork, prepare job sheet/artwork order to design department
• Receive and prepare sample requests by customer
• Liaise with planner on order's delivery and update customer accordingly
• Prepare related forms for export order
• Gather customers' complaints and report to sales team
• Request payment from cash term customer before delivery
