Responsibilities

• Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, price lists and other sales-related documents.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with timely follow-up and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.
• Review orders, verify product pricing, and maintain pricing records.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales filing systems.
