Job summary

Sunroad Warehouse & Logistics Service Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Customer Service Representative to support e-commerce order processing and handle customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment in Subang Jaya.

Responsibilities include processing orders from online platforms, addressing inquiries promptly, and coordinating with our China headquarters to resolve issues and maintain smooth communication. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and multilingual skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor's degree is preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
